Visiting a new construction townhome community on the weekends is by far, one of the best parts about being a real estate agent! Heck, who doesn’t love new construction!
Recently, I toured a new community close to where I live in Snellville, GA. The community has single-family homes and townhomes…but I was especially interested in the townhomes. The Somerset model was a 3-story plan with an open-concept and all the bells & whistles that would make a new homeowner salivate.
The quality construction, design and finishes like standard granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances were impressive. This community is a gem with its convenient location to plenty of shopping, Emory University, CDC, and downtown Atlanta. But, don’t take my word for it — check out the video. If you live in the Atlanta area, you should take a tour of Brookwood Village….it won’t disappoint. NOTE: Synovus, a Brookwood Village preferred lender, is now offering 100% financing — say what!!
