Your kitchen is your lab

The beginning place for healthy eating starts in your kitchen. However, your kitchen could also be a place for sickness if healthy, nutritious foods are not prepared.

Whenever my husband or children come down with a cold, I head to my kitchen and cook up a batch of french onion soup and a salad with plenty of fresh garlic. Amazingly, the next day they are feeling much better.
