Eating healthy isn’t complicated. In fact, you can prepare very healthy meals using simple ingredients, such as vegetables. The other day, for dinner, I made grilled eggplant
sandwiches topped with sauteed red and green peppers, and onions. Along with my sandwich, I had a cup of tomato and basil soup. Mmm! delicious!

Awesome blog! Do you have any hints for aspiring writers? I’m planning to start my own website soon but I’m a little lost on everything. Would you propose starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many choices out there that I’m completely overwhelmed .. Any tips? Thanks!

Thanks for complimenting on my blog! In response to your questions, I prefer WordPress, over a paid website hosting provider, for several reasons: (1) Free (who doesn’t like free), (2) easy set-up for anyone to get started in writing, and (3) offers aspiring writers, like you and me, a platform to voice our opinions and passions. Good luck in your search! p.s. I visited your site and there’s a lot of good health information posted. If you decide to go with WordPress, let me know and I will reblog some of your posts.

There are many weight control recipes that not only help you lose weight but also taste great too. The trick to eating healthy is to eat smaller portions and use less fat when cooking.
Controlling your weight through food is not hard but it does take some practice and getting used to.

Tom,
Your statements are so true! In addition to eating smaller portions, it’s also helpful to eat in moderation; too much of anything isn’t good! Whenever I get the urge to eat something, which is fattening, I eat a smaller portion to satisfy my craving.
